PSO Program
Support Program for Research and Innovation Organizations
The PSO program concerns funding for joint industrial research projects involving enterprises and public research organizations. It covers the metal transformation cluster and includes first, second and third transformations in the following four research vectors:
- Transformation process development
- Advanced metal product design
- Environmental footprint reduction
- Enhanced energy efficiency
Project categories
PSO TRL 1-3 Program
- CRITM subsidies of $25,000 to $500,000 per year per project (maximum 40% of eligible expenses)
- Maximum $1,500,000 from CRITM per project (over 3 years)
- Minimum 2 enterprises
- Up to 80% public funding
PSO TRL 4-6 Program
- CRITM subsidies of $25,000 to $500,000 per year per project (maximum 20% of eligible expenses)
- Maximum $1,500,000 from CRITM per project (over 3 years)
- Minimum 1 enterprise
- Up to 75% public funding (we set up the connections)
INNOV-R (GES) TRL 1-3 and TRL 4-6 Programs
The PSO-international program concerns collaborative international research projects. It aims to support and bring to fruition international research and innovation projects involving universities, colleges, institutions and industries.
- CRITM subsidy (maximum 50% of eligible expenses)
- Maximum $500,000 from CRITM per project (over 3 years)
- Minimum 1 enterprise
